Lsu's leading creative collective.
-By Artists for artists.
Future X Youth is a creative collective founded by young artists with a mission to strengthen Louisiana's artistic community. From hosting events and showcasing local talent to offering workshops and providing media coverage, we are actively involved in all facets of the Louisiana art scene. Our goal is to foster collaboration, amplify voices, and create opportunities for both emerging and established artists to thrive.

History

Jack and Sam get together in 2022 to make music. They become NeoSeoul500.

YesWeCannibal, a local Baton Rouge gallery, trusts NeoSeoul500 to throw microraves in their space, showcasing their music and other local musicians. They call these microraves Future Ex Youth.

These raves continues every 2nd Friday of the month from 2022-2024 at YesWeCannibal. NeoSeoul500 begins to play at other venues as well.
2022-2024

Jack and Sam meet Vino, who's been throwing Club Alight parties since the raves began. FXY raves and Club Alight run parallel to eachother till summer 2024.

At the beginning of summer 2024, Jack, Sam, and Vino meet to discuss the future of FXY and how to expand its artistic reach. Their goal is to blend music, fashion, and other art forms to create a unique cultural platform. Vino proposes FXY registers as an LSU organization. Team members are assembled and planning for Fall 2024 begins.
Future Ex Youth starts at Louisiana State University. We have our debut at Free Speech Alley. Our first general body meeting has 50+ attendees and is sponsored by Redbull and Empire Wings.

FXYLSU hosted an Artist Showcase, the "Boila Rouxm" Tailgate with PNE, RedCupLSU, Freds, KOK, and Empire Wings; our first gallery, "Intarsia,"; and sent our team to cover Camp Flog Gnaw in Fall 2024.
